MARK 100 has designed simple, yet highly effective Employee and Guest Satisfaction
Surveys to help your property gain clarity relative to how Management is perceived by the staff, and to how the property is perceived by guests. These surveys bring a fresh perspective to Management of areas that are highly effective and of those that will benefit from change.
The SMART Employee Survey is a series of open-ended questions seeking employee input on what things make the property a great place to work, and what things need improvement.

The SMART Guest Satisfaction Survey is conducted over a 2 week period, covering all public areas, all shifts, and all days in that time period. This survey is open-ended with questions relative to what attracts the Guest to the property, and to what areas the Guest believes need improvement.
